The operating principle of the worry free screw air compressor is that the shell is equipped with an interlayer, which allows cooling media such as water or oil to reduce the temperature of the gas in the shell. The gears and bearings of the air compressor are lubricated with special lubricating oil. The motor in the air compressor drives the male rotor, and then the synchronization gear at the other end of the male rotor drives the female rotor, so that the female and male rotors can keep synchronous rotation with a certain gap. Thus, the air entering the air compressor chamber is effectively compressed between the slots.
