The causes of high bearing temperature of centrifugal air compressor are mainly two, as follows.
First, The reason of the air compressor and the bearing itself
1. If the structure of the bearing is not reasonable, which will make the shaft tile in overload operation, the shaft tile and bearing can not form liquid friction and lead to high temperature of the bearing.
2. If the installation of the bearing does not meet the requirements, it will also lead to high temperature of the bearing; therefore, when installing the bearing, it must make sure that the requirements meet the technical standards.
3. If the rotor of the air compressor is unbalanced, it will cause the bearing to vibrate too much and lead to the high temperature of the bearing due to the wear of the shaft tile.
Second, the cause of the oil supply system
1. If the lubricating oil contains water, it will reduce the lubricating performance of the oil, which will lead to high bearing temperature.
2. If the lubricating oil is insufficient or interrupted during the working process of air compressor, it will also cause the bearing temperature to rise.
3. If the lubricating oil contains impurities and foreign substances, it will scrape the shaft tile and cause the bearing temperature to rise after it is brought into the bearing, so we must pay attention when adding lubricating oil.
4. If the oil cooler of the air compressor is not working properly, it will lead to the high temperature of the incoming oil and the heat of the bearing cannot be dissipated in time, so the temperature will rise.
