The common faults of air compressor
Common faults of air compressor:
1. Loss of power failure: The power supply/control power supply of the air compressor loses power. Treatment: Check whether the power supply and control power supply have power.
2. motor temperature: the motor starts too often, the load is too heavy, the motor cooling is not enough, the motor itself or bearing problems, sensors, etc. Treatment: limit the number of motor starts, reduce the loading set pressure.
3.Compressor temperature: the temperature of oil and gas mixture at the compressor outlet to 120℃. Treatment: Keep the air compressor well ventilated, check that the radiator is not covered with debris, the radiator dissipates heat well, check the oil level of the air compressor, the cooling fan, the temperature sensor.
4. High pressure: The compressor outlet pressure reaches 15 bar and trips. Treatment: Check whether the loading setting pressure is too high, pressure sensor, etc. Contact the maintenance to check the pressure regulating valve and load reducing valve.
5.Pressure sensor: There is a problem with the pressure, temperature and sensor wiring of each pipeline of the air compressor. Treatment: Contact the overhaul or manufacturer.
6.Motor steering error: motor wiring error or star/delta can not switch normally when the motor starts, or the compressor body steering signal sensor fault causes the compressor to report motor steering error. Handling method: Contact the maintenance to check whether the motor phase sequence wiring is correct.
7. Maintenance period expires: The maintenance time of the air compressor expires and exceeds 100 hours. Handling method: Contact the overhaul to maintain the compressor, and reset the maintenance time by the operator after the maintenance is completed.
8. Low oil pressure: Insufficient oil in the air compressor, oil leakage in the oil pipeline, blocked oil pump inlet screen, oil pressure adjustment (overpressure valve), oil pressure adjustment spring is stuck and does not reset after pressure relief, etc. Treatment: replenish the oil level of the air compressor to the normal position and contact the overhaul.
9. External fault: There is a problem with the wiring of the electrical protection circuit or the thermal control monitoring circuit of the air compressor. Treatment: Contact maintenance.
10. Low pressure of air compressor system bus: blocked air filter, bad compressor air inlet pipe leakage, air compressor inlet solenoid valve failure cannot be switched on and off normally, system and pipeline have air leakage, equipment air consumption increases, dryer pipeline blockage
