Analysis of the causes of insufficient pressure
1,The air pressure meter is out of order
2,The transmission belt between the air compressor and the engine is too loose and slippery or the pipeline between the air compressor and the air storage tank is broken or the joint is leaking.
3,The oil-water separator, pipeline or air filter is blocked by too much sediment.
4,Air compressor exhaust valve is not sealed tightly, spring is too soft or broken, air compressor cylinder head bolt is loose, sand hole and cylinder head liner is washed out and leaking.
5,Air compressor cylinder sleeve and piston and piston ring are too worn and leak air.
Air compressor pressure solution
1, observe the air pressure table, if the indicated pressure is not enough, let the engine run at medium speed for a few minutes, the pressure is still not rising or rising slowly, when the brake pedal is depressed, the sound of bleeding is very strong, indicating that the air pressure table is damaged, then the air pressure table should be repaired.
2, if the above test without the sound of gas or gas sound is very small, check whether the compressor belt is too loose, from the compressor to the storage tank, to the control valve into the air pipe, the joint whether there is loose, broken or leaky air.
3,If the air compressor does not inflate the air storage tank, check whether the oil and water separator and air filter and pipeline are clogged with too much dirt, and if they are, the dirt should be cleared.
4,After the above inspection, if the cause of the fault cannot be found, further check whether the exhaust valve of the air compressor is leaking, whether the spring is too soft or broken, whether the cylinder cover has sand holes, whether the liner is damaged, and replace or repair the damaged parts according to the fault found.
5,Check whether the cylinder liner and piston ring of the air compressor are excessively worn.
6,Check and adjust whether the installation direction of the unloading valve is consistent with the marked (arrow) direction.
