Oil and gas separator is a more important part of the air compressor accessories, if the machine in the work of the increase in the use of lubricating oil, should stop to check the oil filter and pipeline, oil return pipe, etc. is not a failure, such as the situation continues to see no improvement, it is likely that the oil and gas separator aging, need to replace a new one, when the oil and gas separation cartridge pressure difference of 0.2MPa at both ends should be replaced;. Under normal working conditions, the replacement time of the cartridge should be in 2800 hours to 3500 hours is the replacement period. Replacement steps are as follows.
1. External type model .
After the machine is stopped, the air outlet should be closed first and the pressure should be discharged.Check whether the oil and gas separator needs to be replaced.
2. Built-in model.
Compressor stop, discharge the pressure gas to ensure that there is no high-pressure gas, open the oil line pipe to remove the pressure valve.
3. Remove the oil return pipe.
Remove the fixing bolt of the cover on the oil and gas drum, and take off the drum cover.
4. This is the time to take out the oil to view or replace with a new one.
5. Put the machine parts back together.
