1, The operating environment of the air compressor should be below 38℃, and the ventilation system of the air compressor room should be improved in summer when the temperature is high, and the exhaust fan can be added to the air compressor room to discharge the hot air, to reduce the temperature. No high-temperature heat source should be placed around the air compressor. If the temperature around the machine is high, it will cause the air temperature inhaled by the machine to be too high so that the oil temperature and exhaust temperature will also rise accordingly, and all these need to be noted in summer.
2, The radiator of the air compressor should always be kept smooth and clean, if it is in the use of dusty working conditions, we must often clean the dust on top of the radiator, so as to ensure that the first air inhaled by the air compressor is smooth, radiator dust, will also make the air compressor oil filter blocked, resulting in the lubricating oil path is not smooth, the amount of oil into the host is low, resulting in a high-temperature shutdown.
3, Check whether the cooling water temperature and water pressure are normal. The inlet water temperature of the air compressor generally does not exceed 35℃, and the water pressure is between 0.3Mpa~0.5Mpa. At the same time, remove the dirt accumulated in the cooler to ensure heat exchange efficiency. If the water temperature does not meet the requirements, install a cooling tower at the appropriate location.
4, The three filters of an air compressor mainly include an air filter, oil filter, oil, and gas separator. The blockage of the air filter will cause the air compressor to be overloaded and in a long-term overload state, causing high temperature; the blockage of the oil separator will cause the internal pressure to be too high and generate high temperature; the blockage of oil filter will cause the flow to become small and generate high temperature. The dust in the air drawn in by the air compressor is blocked in the air filter. To avoid the air compressor being worn out prematurely and the fine filter element in the oil and gas separator being blocked, it is usually necessary to replace the new filter element after a certain cycle of operation, and check whether the oil filter and oil and gas separator element need to be replaced.
5, Lack of oil in the air compressor or insufficient oil supply inside the machine can also cause the air compressor temperature to be too high. In hot weather in summer, you should check the oil level in the oil and gas tank and find that the oil level is lower than the oil level mark, you should stop refueling to prevent high temperatures. In addition, be sure to use genuine air compressor oil, so that the operation of the whole air compressor is guaranteed.
