What is the reason for the high bearing temperature of centrifugal air compressor?
As long as there are two reasons:
1、 Machine and bearing itself
1. The bearing installation does not meet the requirements; When installing bearings, be careful to ensure that all requirements meet the technical standards
2. The bearing structure is unreasonable, the bearing bush is in overload operation, and the liquid friction between the bearing bush and the bearing cannot be formed.
3. The bearing vibration caused by the unbalanced rotor of the air compressor is too large and the bearing bush is worn.
4. The balance pipe is blocked, the pressure in the auxiliary pressure chamber of the balance disc cannot be discharged, and the function of the balance disc cannot be normally played, which increases the axial force of the rotor and the load of the thrust bearing.
2、 Causes of oil supply system
1. The lubricating oil is not clean and contains impurities, which will scratch the bearing bush after being brought into the bearing, resulting in the increase of bearing temperature and the melting of Babbitt alloy.
2. The lubricating oil cooler works abnormally, resulting in high oil inlet temperature, decreased oil viscosity, and the bearing heat can not be taken away in time.
3. Insufficient or interrupted lubricating oil will cause the bearing temperature to rise and cause the bearing to bite.
4. The lubricating oil contains water, which reduces the lubricating performance of the oil, affects the formation of the pressure oil film, and causes the bearing temperature to be too high.
